After your parcel is shipped you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS and SMS updates of its progress. You can use the FedEx or DPD websites to track your parcel/

Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after placing your order.

The delivery companies do not collect or deliver at weekends or holidays.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
